Changing the color of annotation and active tags when they are overdue?

Hi
Is it possible to overwrite color tags? For example I have some overdue tasks and I would like to change the color of the annotation and the color of the task(when they are restarted).

Btw I cannot find a way to chage the color of the annoation. Is there a keyword for it?
