- 03:44 PM Bug #397: task_completion.d seems to require two presses of tab before results returned

- 08:15 AM Bug #394 (Rejected): built-in implementation for uuid generation generates rfc 4122 non-conforman...
- This is a waste of time. This isn't a bug. I have no concerns about task UUIDs colliding with other MAC, DCE, MD5 or SHA-1 based UUIDs, because task UUIDs are not intermingled in a common namespace.

- 04:43 PM Bug #395: making existing tasks recurring
- I just ran into what I thought was a simple gotcha with bad feedback. I tried to make an existing task w/o a due date recurring. Task gives the wrong feedback (it says that the task is changed), but it does not make it recurring. This is, I thi...

- 05:42 PM Bug #394: built-in implementation for uuid generation generates rfc 4122 non-conformant uuids
- (according to Helmut, on IRC) uhm. your non-uuid/uuid.h std::string uuid() implementation is buggy. as it generates random uuids the first digit of the third block should be the constant digit 4. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uuid Version 4...

- 05:44 PM Bug #392 (Rejected): countdown is upsidedown
- Countdowns have always been counted negative, for example http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/shuttle/launch/countdown101.html It makes perfect sence to have them negative Countdown is at -3 ...

- 11:32 AM Bug #392: countdown is upsidedown
- and while you're in there, would anybody mind if we removed the space between "-" and "count" ? Could we standardize on "no space" between the symbol and the number ?
- 11:26 AM Bug #393: color.project.none= and color.due.none= directives don't work
- and they should, because this can be important info. does it work for anyone else ? or am I just using the wrong syntax ? (color.pri.none= works just fine)
- 11:20 AM Bug #392: countdown is upsidedown
- shouldn't the countdown column display time remaining in positive integers, and those that have past in negative ? A task due next week is due in 7 days, not -7.
- 11:16 AM Feature #391: legendary enhancement
- Where "task cal" features a smart legend, showing color-choice examples in a row, it would be great to do the same thing with ALL color choices, in a similar fashion. It might have a similar rc configuration, to control appearance at the end of re...

- 01:07 PM Feature #390: Time stamp added to annotations
- In addition to dates, it would be nice to have timestamps added to annotations as well. For me, when I need to know the day something happened I nearly always want to know what time it happened, too. I've been faking it like this: ...

- 10:01 PM Feature #385: incorporate colortest
- Just as a compliment to the help-file makers; nice work ! I only just de-coded the built in reference, very nice ! where it says "Try running 'task color white on red'" it should say Try running 'task color white on red'.. no really.. TRY IT!

- 11:57 AM Feature #375: Coloring of tasks due today
- Glad you have it. I just love to tell folks to RTFM, particularly after the effort put into the FM. Regarding the re-opening of this issue: If this were originally a bug closed for 1.9.0, and a problem were found, then re-opening and reassignin...
- 10:59 AM Feature #375: Coloring of tasks due today
- Excellent! and _darn_ those man pages are good ! color.calendar.today=black on cyan Color of today in calendar. is the parameter in question, but what I was musing about was whether that rule might be replaced with a directive like color....
- 01:04 AM Feature #375: Coloring of tasks due today
- The new cal colors are defined in .taskrc, and all are properly named "color.xxxxxx". If you regenerated a sample .taskrc, as discussed recently, then you already have them. If not, just run: ...
- 12:39 AM Feature #375: Coloring of tasks due today
- I admit that I'm not sure where Fredde's new cal colors are defined, but I think they should be in with the general population. There will be a real value in color consistency between views; cal and report (and those to come)
- 12:35 AM Feature #375 (In progress): Coloring of tasks due today
- sorry for re-opening, but I'd like to suggest that this good idea go farther, and be re-imagined not as "today" but "now", so that is it contextual. Looking at the cal output ? then both this datenumber and this monthnumber qualify as "now". Looki...
