The untag command removes labels from intervals.

Use the untag command to remove one or more labels from one or more intervals. In case of active time tracking, one can omit the parameter ID to remove tags from the current open interval.


timew untag [<ID>]... <tag>...


Remove tags from interval

$ timew untag @3 foo bar

This removes tags foo and bar from the interval referenced by ID 3.

Remove tag from multiple intervals

$ timew untag @3 @5 @1 foo

This removes tag foo from the intervals referenced by ID 3, 5, and 1.

Remove tag from current interval

$ timew start foo bar
$ timew untag bar

The above example is equivalent to $ timew start foo.
